I took my wife to Isabelle for her birthday, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We had a massage booked at the Pearle Hotel after our meal and made a last-minute reservation at an unusual time—staff were flexible and accommodating. I mentioned it was for a birthday, and they gave us a lovely, intimate table with a beautiful view of the water. Our server, Jenn, was kind and attentive, and the food was absolutely amazing. We ordered the burrata, beef tartare, grilled octopus, and lobster linguini—every dish was flavourful and beautifully presented. The cocktails were great, and the chocolate cake dessert was the perfect sweet ending. While I did wish there had been a small birthday gesture, the overall experience was still truly memorable. I’m already looking forward to going back in the summer to enjoy that stunning lakeside view again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful restaurant with views of the lake. Oysters tasted fresh and really enjoyed their in-house mignonette sauce. The beef tartare was amazing. The lobster linguine and grilled octopus were also just as delicious!

I was initially skeptical but Isabelle surpassed my expectations on all fronts - not only does it have a cozy but upscale patio (with heaters) overlooking the lake, the quality of food was flavourful with some interesting mix of ingredients to create an elevated brunch. Went for Sunday brunch - the spirtz and wake me up martini were both well balanced, the labneh yogurt was unreal with fresh pita, the honey toast with the ricotta was sweet but not in excess. We ordered another dish (mushroom Benedict) which had 3 different types of mushrooms sauteed which made the flavour far greater than what one would typically get. The potatoes that came with it was tasteful and well seasoned. Also got the mezcal tequila that was blended with honey and lemon that was great if you love those flavours. We had excellent service - thanks to our server Aoun - personable, prompt and extremely helpful in navigating menu as it was our first time there. Highly recommend Isabelle for both casual and event based dining. We have only tried brunch but will definitely be back to try different elements of the menu. As FYI parking across the street is 10/h, and the all day menu starts after brunch which was helpful to know.

Beautiful and perfectly located waterfront restaurant inside the Pearle Hotel. We went for an early morning breakfast with a beautiful lakefront view of the sunrise - what an amazing location to enjoy that experience. Food and staff were excellent. The coffees could use a bit of work though!

An amazing dining experience by the lake. At Isabella, every dish is crafted with incredible flavor and attention to detail. We had the pesto and lobster pasta — absolutely delicious! The pasta was perfectly cooked, the pesto rich and fresh, and the lobster added a delicate, luxurious touch. We also tried the freshly baked herb bread and a starter of labneh with lentils, olive oil, and spices — creamy, crunchy, and bursting with flavor. Bonus: On Mondays, all pasta dishes are 50% off, making it an even better experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a sunset dinner with a view.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Isabelle, and it was such a beautiful evening from start to finish. Over the years, I have been to Isabelle many, many times, it is my favourite restaurant in the area!!- so choosing Isabelle for my special night was a no-brainer! Meredith, who handles Special Events, was incredibly attentive, efficient, and accommodating throughout the planning process. Our server Jenn took amazing care of our group of 16! She was kind, sweet, and handled the evening with such grace. The food was absolutely delicious, and the next day my guests couldn't stop talking about how much they enjoyed their meals! Would highly recommend Isabelle for a celebration, date night, , brunch...any reason really:) It is FANTASTIC!!!!

We had brunch here with a couple close friends yesterday and I must say the vibe and decor of the restaurant was elegant and classy. We had the steak frites and pearle breakfast and it was cooked to perfection and the steak was actually medium rare which is excellent as some restaurants tend to overcook it despite asking for medium rare. Highly recommended if you are in the Lakeshore area of Burlington near Spence's and looking for a great place for brunch.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary last night. Good food, top notch service (I am sorry I did not get our server's name). Service was excellent all around. I loved the burrata and lobster linguini. Music Tuesday nights this summer, view of the lake. Will definitely come back.
